be sent during specific hours on specific days to comply with hosting rules.
- Once running, the original form to start a new mailer was replaced with a list of stats, including

Contract Printout System |
- April 2007 |
Project Objective:
This application was an add-on to a previous system we created called "Limousine Scheduling System". In this project,
we created a windows based application that would take information entered into the Limousine Scheduling System and automatically
generate contracts for both in-house, and driver. Before this application was created, information had to be typed
into the Limousine Scheduling System, then staff would have to also hand write two contracts based off the same information
they already entered.
This Project Required:
Visual Basic 6, Microsoft Office DOM, PHP, mySQL, Winsock Protocol
Key Features:
- Login system so only approved administrators could access the requested information.
- Ability to add payment type and credit card number to contracts, along with information stored from database.
- Ability to print contracts with payment information, and without payment information for driver use.
- Contract had to be a template so that it could be easily modified at a later time, yet still work with the current system.
Client Comments:
"The contract printout system has really helped us because we no longer
send hand written contracts to clients. All contracts are now computer printed and all the information
is taken from the Limousine Scheduling System. This also saves us time because our secretaries have
to put the information into the Scheduling system anyways, and now can skip the handwritten contract
part if they choose to and just have it printout through the system." -

Limousine Scheduling System |
- December 2006 |
Project Objective:
In this project, our client wanted us to create a way for their employees to easily manager their
limousine bookings. This included a way to manage who could access each section of the system,
manage current and new limos, schedule new appointments, track price and what is owed, include
special rates on certain days, and print custom reports.
This Project Required:
PHP, CSS, mySQL
Key Features:
- Secure login with certain limitations per user.
- Ability to create, modify, and re-order limousines as needed.
- The ability to add new clients, which include checking for no duplication rental appointments.
- A system to print out reports based on limo, date, and client.
- Ability to stress special announcements to employees, such as a price increase on special days.
- Additional modifications have been added several times since original creation.
Client Comments:
This has been one of our best assets ever made for us. No longer do we have
to run to our office after hours to check on a reservation. When the owners are out of town we know
every single reservation going through our company, and can view the prices and what city and which
vehicle was booked, which helps us minimize errors and increase profits. This really helps when we
have very booked up dates and our previous method of reading the schedule book by hand took too much
time to go through when there was 20 bookings on a date and we were trying to decide if any vehicles
were still left open for another customer. -

Narrative Writer |
- August 2006 |
Project Objective:
This project allowed out client to take massive amounts of data and randomly generate fully detailed profiles
for their products based on the data. The purpose was to save our client from repetitively filling out
descriptions by using pre-made templates that auto generate themselves.
This Project Required:
Visual Basic 6, Self created database
Key Features:
- Ability to easily add and remove current data from the system.
Client Comments:
"I was struggling with the task of filling out repetitive information and i approached Coder Guru asking if they
could help design a program that would save me time and effort. Within a very short
time they had developed a working and simple to operate application. Whatever bugs were
in it they discovered and had it fixed within days. I was extremely pleased with there work
and definitely would their his services in the future." -
